Character reviews-Gouda Hanzou

Hanzou Gouda (郷田 ハンゾウ Gouda Hanzou?) is the gang leader of Misora Middle School's slums and one of the supporting characters in Danball Senki. Gouda's outfit is that of a gang leader of the Showa Era, a traditional blck uniform consisting of a long-tailed jersey, and sometimes carrying a wooden sword. He has long black pants and a white belt. He wears wooden sandles that are a couple inches high. His hair and yes are both a deep teal.

Gouda is titled ‘The Destroyer from Hell’. He is one of Lex’ subordinate. He admire Lex from his heart since Lex possess a great LBX skill. That’s why, when Jin accused Lex of purposely losing, he’s mad, since he knows that Lex, the legendary LBX player, wouldn’t do that. Gouda’s LBX is Hakai-o. It  specialize in power, so Gouda’s fighting style is not hiding and strike, but instead strike to his opponent openly. This also because of the factor in his personality. He tends to finish every problem by fist, thus, making him a straight forward person. This, however, does not cause him to have no friends, instead he have his own gang. And all of the member calls him ‘leader’.

Character review-Aoshima Kazuya

Kazuya, or usually called Kazu is one of the protagonist and main character of this series. Kazuya appears with kinky, ginger hair tied to the back as a ponytail, and has dark, cerulean eyes. He wears a baby blue jacket, a white dress shirt with its collar popped and red tie, a pair of black pants and black dress shoes.

Kazu is one of Ban’s best friends. He also likes to play and customize his own LBX. At first, Kazu is scared and doesn’t want to fight with Ban, but seeing his friends in danger, he eventually overcome his fear and came to fight alongside Ban. His LBX was actually Warrior, but it broke when he was fighting alongside Ban. He was upset about it at first, but when he obtained Hunter, he doesn’t seem to be anymore.

Like Ami, he’s also protective towards his friends. For example, he once stated that he’ll beat Jin’s LBX, since Jin destroyed Ami’s LBX at a battle. This shows how much he cares for his teammates and he’s willing to do anything to make them happy.

Character Reviews-Kaido Jin

Jin Kaidou (海道 ジン?) is one of the main protaganists in the Danball Senki. Jin is a paled,slim young man of average height.He has black hair with a grey-white streak on the right side. He has red eyes and wears a black and purple suit outside of a white shirt and a grey vest. He wears a pair of maroon skinny jeans.

Kaido Jin is a prodigy and a genius when it comes to LBX. He won a title "The Split-Second Emperor” by himself. He was titled “split-second” according to his fighting style, which allowed him to win in just a short period of time. That short period of time is often only a matter of seconds. He once won a one on three battle by 9.0 seconds, which is superb, considering he’s alone. His skill depends on the speed of operating his CCM, the operator of his LBX. His speed at operating it is so great that even the CPU inside his LBX can’t keep up. His skill at LBX is in no doubt, above average, but he didn’t play it for himself. He did it for his grandfather, Kaido Yoshimitsu.

To Jin, his grandfather is the only person left who he love as his family. Jin has lost his parents in Tokyo Bridge Incident at a very young age, and Kaido Yoshimitsu save him from the masses. The masses who only care to make an interesting story about Jin surrounded a 5-year-old Jin who is crying because he had just lost his parents. However, Kaido Yoshimitsu saved him, and even said that he’ll be Jin’s family from now on. After that, Kaido Yoshimitsu adopts Jin, and thus, Jin truly believed that his grandfather is his family. That’s why, when revealed that his grandfather is the one who is responsible for the incident that kills both of his parents. Not only that, his grandfather is the leader of an evil organization that endangers the world, Innovator. After the incident with Haibara Yuya, his heart finally sees the truth and Jin decided to help Ban and his friends. He wasn’t accepted by them at first, since he was indeed once a member of Innovator. But eventually he became an important part of his friend. His cold and quiet personality that used to make him distant from his friend began to disappear thanks to his friends’ love and care.

Character review- Yamano Ban

Yamano Ban is the main character of danball senki series. Ban has with curly, brown hair, dark, hazel eyes, and thick eyebrows. He wears an orange and blue jacket with a heart-struck cupid-theme logo on the back, baggy blue pants and a pair of red sneakers. He always carries a white LBX shoulde Bag that serves as his LBX tool kit.

 Ban is a very energetic boy who is passionate about LBX. He doesn’t own one, since his mother forbids him to. However, he doesn’t give up his passion to play LBX. He trains with his friends, Ami and Kazuya. The reason he’s passionate about LBX is because it’s the only thing that makes Ban feels he’s connected to his father, Yamano Junichiro. His father is the one who invented LBX ---(Little Battler Experience), the robot that now became the world-trend--- for the first time. However, Yamano Junichiro died in a plane crash. Ban’s mother blamed LBX for his death, however, Ban is different.  He didn’t blamed LBX, instead came to love it even more. That’s why when Uzaki Takuya said that Yamano Junichiro is still alive, he became more and more determined

Ban is a also a very friendly boy and a person who never give up to any situation. Even when he was faced to a strong opponent, dangerous situation, or even overcome a person’s death. There was one time when Ban blamed LBX for all the bad things that happened to him and people around him, but, thanks to Jin’s encouraging, he get up once more to reach his goal. He fight hard and tried his best to do what he can to save his father, also the world. Thanks to this personality Ban gain many friend. Unlike most people, he didn’t blame or hate Jin for being in Innovator, instead, he is the only person who trust Jin for the first time. These attitude is one of his many charms that attracts a lot of watchers.
